An Inside Sales Executive, or ISE, will act as a liaison, proactively reach out to customers, answer questions, counsel, and convert leads into sales with accuracy and efficiency.
The best ISEs are genuinely excited to counsel customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Inside sales executives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these ISEs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to these specialists. They are confident and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, proactively reach out to customers, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Introducing Edvizo to the provided lead and Initiating conversation
Listening carefully to identify the potential customer's interests & requirements
Pitching the benefits of the platform and demonstrating platform features to generate interest
Helping customers in decision making by counseling them
Addressing all the queries and concerns of the customers to their satisfaction
Coordinating with cross-functional teams whenever required
Closing the deals with customers with clear understanding & agreement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Tele-calling, academic counseling, or similar field preferred. Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and listening skills to deeply understand the customers needs
Strong ability to explain anything in a simple and detailed manner
Strong desire to help/ support/resolve and create an experience for the customers
Willingness to seek support, learn, and achieve goals
Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelines
Candidates with past experience of working with coachings and schools will be preferred.
